I?m not saying you can never have junk food again, I?m saying fix what you?ve done to your body and enjoy a treat or two once in a while, after you?ve regained control of yourself. Purchasing the same food because it is low fat or low Carb is not the answer, your fooling yourself if you think it is, it enables you to continue making the wrong food choices and prohibits you from regaining control. Eliminate it from your diet completely and your ? finely tuned ? body will do the rest. When you see progress being made in the mirror, within your body and from the compliments you get from others, you won?t crave the stuff anymore, you?ll view junk food very differently, but you must stick with it that is the key.

Below are some tips and strategies that anyone can use to help them easily lose weight and begin a healthier lifestyle that will enable their bodies to naturally burn fat and become much more healthy overall;

1. Eliminate all Soda, Juice and alcohol from your diet for one month, drink water instead. You will automatically lose 3 to 5 pounds at the end of the month. 2. Eat 6 to 8 small healthy meals per day. Your body will work harder. Keeping it?s ? furnace ? on will force your body to burn more of the stored stuff your trying to get rid of while feeding it the real stuff it needs, without exercise. 3. Stock up on either fresh or canned fruit; Grapes, Pineapples, Pears, Peaches, Fruit Cocktail etc. make sure they are all packed in Lite syrup with no sugar added. Not only do they provide you with something sweet when you need it, they are also filling and are loaded with water. Eat them anytime of day. 4. Low Carb (within reason) really is the way to go for fastest results. Try Oat bran / Wheat Pita?s instead of bread, it provides ½ the carbs and is actually larger than a slice of bread that has double the carbs. 5. Turkey breast (without being smoked, honey etc,) from your deli has NO carbs and a lot of Protein and Roast Beef again from the deli though it does pack a few Carbs, it?s another good source of Protein, it is however a better alternative to fast food. 6. Go light when eating Pasta, Bread & Salt 7. Refuse to use Butter, Margerine or Mayo on anything; unless you want to treat yourself, butter is actually healthier for you. 8. Do not rely on or use Sugar substitutes, diet food, low fat food, diet pills etc. in order for you to become successful at reaching your goal, you must discipline yourself to eat the right food and to make better, healthier choices, there?s nothing wrong with regular, everyday Sugar and Lt.Cream or Half & Half in your coffee, just remember; moderation. 9. Do not eat fat snacks or junk food, the stuff you know you shouldn?t 10. For fastest results, add some sort of weekly exercise that you can do at least twice per week; walking, jogging etc. 11. Drink as much water as you can, but at least 4 tall glasses per day at any time of day, the intention is not to make you feel full, rather water works as a natural diet aid and will make your body lose weight faster. 12. Make the decision and commitment to stick with this for only 4 weeks, you will notice such a difference that it will motivate you enough to continue.
